How much conversation time do I get?

Fluent subscribers get unlimited text conversations and approximately 10 hours of voice conversation per month, which is more real speaking practice than most learners get in a year of classes. The vast majority of users never reach the limit, and credit top-ups are available if you do.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes, there's no lock-in. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like: through your account settings if you subscribed on the web, or through your Apple subscription settings if you subscribed in the iOS app. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
